| 摘 要： | 在阐述血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂降血压机理的基础上，归纳出降血压肽结构与其活性关系的3种模型，即C-端竞争性抑制作用、C-端竞争性抑制作用和其他抑制作用模型，并综述了制备降血压肽的工艺研究现状和应用降血压肽过程中实际存在的问题。
