音乐院系教学管理推行ISO9000标准的策略分析

从音乐院系运用ISO9000标准建立和推行教学质量管理体系的步骤和策略方面展开了研究。初步提出了音乐院系建立教学质量管理体系的4个步骤即准备阶段、建立文件化的体系、学习体系文件和体系的认证的策略。提出了推行教学质量管理体系的策略:要和具体的教学实际相结合、要全方位、全员性和全过程的推行教学质量管理、坚持持续性的管理审核,不断改进教学质量管理和始终坚持以人为本的管理原则。

On the Standard of ISO9000 Promoted by the Teaching Management of Music Institutes and Departments

This text launches on the research from the step and strategy in the management of teaching quality established and pursued by the music institutes and departments' usage of ISO9000 standard.The first step is to put forward 4 steps of the establishment of the management system,namely prepare for it,establish the system,study systematic document and the strategy of the attestation of the system.It has put forward the strategy of pursuing the management system of teaching quality:combine the strategy with the practical teaching,carry out the management through all-directions,the whole members and the whole process stick to the continuous verification of management,improve the management of teaching quality continuously and insist on the management of principle that makes people the center.
