| 摘 要： | 通过全过程网上监督评价系统,将工程建设各阶段的主要信息通过网络公示,公众对工程建设的责任主体及责任人进行监督和评价。由政府牵头,职能部门负责管理和维护,处理公众反馈的质量、安全问题及违规行为,并将评价结果作为投标单位资格审查及个人执业资格管理的依据。 |
