摘    要:目前高职学生人文精神缺失,主要表现为信仰混乱、目光短浅、意志薄弱、心胸狭窄等,但在现实中我们看到,班主任的人格魅力对学生具有很大的积极影响,因此必要在班级试行人格化管理模式,积极构建班级主体文化。

Abstract:The author studied the actuality existing among higher vocational college students and found a lack of humanity spirits prevailing. The students were absent-minded in belief, shortsighted, feeble-minded and small-minded. The author points out that class discipline adviser's personality charm has great influence upon the students, and humanistic management should be carried out to establish mainstream culture in classes at vocational colleges.
