康有为海防建设思想研究—以戊戌政变前为中心

第一次“鸦片战争”的失利，使晚清朝野上下开始重视海防建设，一些有识之士更著书立说，以宣传海防思想。康有为作为“戊戌维新”的领袖，在内忧外患的情况下提出了一整套海防建设思想，从海军力量建设，兵船、舰队管理，海军学堂设立等方面，对戊戌政变前国内外海防建设思想进行总结并提出新的观点，这些观点对近代乃至当代海防建设都具有重要的意义。

Coastal Defense Construction Thought of Kang Youwei:Research Focused on the Period Before the Coup of 1898

The failure in the First Opium War made the late Qing Dynasty attach great importance to the construction of coastal defense. Some insightful people wrote books about the thought of coastal defense. As leader of the reform movement, Kang Youwei, in the face of the problems at home and abroad, put forward a set of coastal defense construction thought. From the aspects of naval power, warships, fleet management system and the setting of naval academy, Kang Youwei proposed the coastal defense thoughts both at home and from abroad before the Coup of 1898, and then put forward new ideas, which still have far-reaching influence and significance to modern coastal defense construction.
