| 摘 要： | 音乐能陶冶情操 ,开启智慧。音乐的美育功能决定了它在素质教育中的重要作用。搞好普通高校的音乐教育 ,领导重视和各部门的通力合作是关键 ,高素质的教师队伍是有力保证。必须掌握教育和教学规律 ,让音乐课堂教学和课外音乐活动围绕音乐审美而展开 ,并掌握人人参与的原则 ,重视活动过程 ,让第二课堂的音乐活动正常化、规范化 ,真正发挥普通音乐教育在素质教育中的重要作用

| Abstract: | Music moulds a person's temperament and enlightens him as well. Its role in quality education proves its importance. To improve musical education in colleges needs the attention of leadership and qualified teaching staff. Meanwhile, we have to observe the teaching and studying rules, normalize and regularize the extracurricular activities to bring it into full play in the education in all-round way. |
