| 摘 要： | 目前我国的经济增长方式从根本上讲仍属于高污染、高投入、低效益的粗放型模式。人力资源的合理开发在一定程度上可以降低人类在经济发展过程中对资源资源的依赖程度，要实现人类与自然和谐、可持续地发展，要加快实现经济增长方式的转变，就必须通过人力资源的开发来实现对自然资源更大程度的替代。所以要采取积极有效的措施开发我国的人力资源，实现我国经济可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The style of economic increase of our country is still the extensive style of high pollution, high investment, and low efficiency at present. The reasonable development of the human resources can reduce the natural resource consumption ; By developing the human resources, we can accelerate the transition of the economic increase style, so we should take positive and effective measures to develop the human resources of our country, and realize the economic sustainable development of our country. |
