| 摘 要： | 近年来青海省中小企业呈现出良好的发展态势,显示其强盛的生命力,在经济发展中扮演着积极而重要的角色,但同时也存在着激励机制欠缺、创新资金不足、人才缺乏、技术创新体系建设不健全等方面的问题。对此只有通过技术创新,才能推动青海省中小企业经济结构调整和优化,促进青海省中小企业稳步健康的发展。

| Abstract: | Recent years, these small and medium- size enterprises in QinHai province shows absolutely good development situations and the very strong vitality, which play an very important role in the economic development of QinHai pro. However, at the same time, we see that these enterprises are with a problem of unfilled encouragement system, shortage of fund for innovation, shortage of humane source, and the uncompleted establishment of technical innovation system. And just through the technical innovation, the small and medium -size enterprises in QinHai province can get the advancement of the economic structural readjustment and optimization as well as to accelerate these enterprises get a stable, healthy development in QinHai pro. |
