| 摘 要： | 当前农村民间纠纷呈现出种类增多以及性质复杂化的特点，原因主要是农民法律意识淡薄、农村调解机制弱化、政府管理部门不作为等，应该通过健全矛盾纠纷调控预防机制、提高农民的法律素质等措施予以化解。
