| 摘 要： | 邓小平的人权理论以保持社会稳定、深化体制改革、提高主体素质作为保障人权实现的内在要求和主体条件；强调生存权和发展权，实现了人权范式的根奉转变；邓小平的人权理论充分吸收了马克思主义人权理论的优秀内核，在批判资产阶级人权观的基础上，形成了人权奉质的新概括。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's about human rights theory takes the keeping of social stabilization,the deepening of structural reform,the heightening of main body as ensuring the internal requirement and the main body conditions of realizing human rights and realizes the transforming of normal form of human rights once and for all which to emphasize the right of existence and development.Deng Xiaoping's theory about human rights full absorbs the talented crux of Marxism's theory about human rights theory and forms new summarizing of the human rights essence on the basis of criticizing the bourgeoisie. |
