摘    要:当前,高校毕业生的就业形势十分严峻,高校就业工作部门不仅仅具有管理属性,更重要的表现为服务属性、教育属性、中介属性和研究属性。探析高校就业工作部门的属性,有利于我们对高校就业工作部门进行合理定位,从而找出其发展方向,创新就业工作机制。

Abstract:At present,job hunting for college students is not so pleasing. The administration department not only play the role of management but also it should play the role of serving the graduates,educating the graduates,being the bridge between the society and graduates and doing some research on job hunting.Only when these are being considered carefully can do our work better,creating originality.
