| Abstract: | This thesis sets forth that one of the necessary choices for a state enterprise to carry out str ategic regrouping is to construct enterprise group, discusses that the enterprise itself shoulf enhance management on scale expansion, multi- industry anf internal organizing system, the state should not intervene much and avoids by all means making unsuitable engagement during the regrouping. |
