基于LWD算子和LOWA算子的企业知识管理绩效评价

从生产管理、人力管理、信息管理、技术管理、企业文化、外部关系等角度出发，分析了评价企业知识管理绩效水平应考虑的7个主要绩效指标。在此基础上，采用一种基于语言评价信息的多指标综合评价方法，即LWD算子和LOWA算子的综合评价方法，对企业知识管理的绩效水平进行了评价。最后，给出了一个算例说明该方法在企业知识管理绩效评价中的适用性。

Evaluation on performance of enterprises knowledge management based on LWD and LOWA operator

As an important part of knowledge management （KM）, the KM performance evaluation is an effective tool to enhance the KM. In this paper,seven primary indexes of the performance of enterprises KM are analyzed by considering some aspects,such as manufacture management,human resource management,information management, technology management ,enterprises＇ culture ,and outside relationship. Then an integrated multi-index method based on the linguistic assessment information is used. With LWD and LOWA operators, the KM performance of an enterprise can be assessed. Finally a numerical example is given to prove its applicability.
