| 摘 要： | 绿色证书制度在我国农村作为一种应用型人才的培养制度已发挥了重要作用。但在我国进入W TO后,对应用型人才的标准又提出了新的要求。因此,我们应重新认识农村应用型人才的标准,在此基础上,进一步完善绿色证书制度,为农村培养真正的、符合时代需要的应用型人才。

| Abstract: | Green-certificate system in the rural areas of China has given an important play as a system of applied-professionals development. But after China entered WTO, a new applied-professionals criterion is required again. Therefore, we should have another understanding of the applied-professionals criterion in the rural areas. Based on this the green-certificate system will be further improved and the genuine applied professionals to adapt to the times can be developed for the rural areas. |
