无人机实战化训练人才培养研究

随着部队现代化建设的不断深入,无人机已广泛列装部队,其实战化人才培养质量对提升无人机战斗力具有重要作用,针对当前无人机训练人才存在的主要问题,按照人才培养的要求,从无人机人才队伍梯次建设、院校无人机教学体系建设、加强"三位一体"的培养机制3个方面探讨了无人机实战化人才培养的方法途径.

Research on the Training of UAV Practical Training Personne

With the continuous deepening of the modernization of the army,UAVs have been widely deployed in the army.In fact,the quality of combat personnel training plays an important role in improving the combat effectiveness of UAVs.Based on the main problems existing in the current UAV training personnel,according to the requirements of personnel training,this paper discusses the training methods and approaches of UAV practical talents from three aspects:the echelon construction of UAV talent team,the construction of UAV teaching system in colleges and universities,and strengthens the training mechanism of trinity.
