基于感知视角的交通和旅游融合发展影响因素与动力机制

交通和旅游融合发展既是建设交通强国的战略任务,也是旅游业高质量发展的现实需求。在阐述交通和旅游融合发展内涵的基础上,基于感知视角,通过问卷调查和运用结构方程模型,甄别和验证了影响交通和旅游融合发展的主要因素,探讨了两者融合发展的动力机制,提出培育交通与旅游融合发展动力的对策措施。研究表明,交通与旅游融合发展受到公路交通设施、旅游产业发展、市场消费需求、经济发展基础、自然生态环境、社会文化因素、政策规划调控等多种因素的综合影响,提出应培育和构建多元驱动机制,强化统筹发展理念,优化融合发展环境,培育交通推动力、旅游带动力、需求驱动力、经济支撑力、环境约束力、社会促进力、政策调控力,推进交通和旅游在思想理念、规划技术、产品设施、产业功能、空间载体和服务管理等方面有机融合和协调发展。

Influential Factors and Dynamic Mechanism of Co-development of Transportation and Tourism From the Perspective of Perception

Co-development of transportation and tourism can be viewed as both strategic mission of transportation power construction and realistic demand of high-quality tourism development.This study,after explaining the connotation of co-development of transportation and tourism,tries to determine the major influential factors,and explore the mechanism,of co-development of transportation and tourism,from a perspective of perception,using questionnaire survey and structural equation model.Based on them,the strategies and measures of co-development of transportation and tourism is put forward.The results indicated:co-development of transportation and tourism would be influenced by many factors,such as transportation facilities,tourism development,market demands,economic development,ecological environment,sociocultural factors,policy regulation,and et al;multiple driving mechanism should be constructed,the concept of co-development should be strengthened,and the environment of co-development should be optimized;driving forces of transportation,tourism,demand,economy,environment,society and policy should be strengthened;besides,the co-development of transportation and tourism should be promoted in many aspects,including thoughts and ideas,planning technology,product facility,industrial function,spatial carrier and service management,et al.
