| 摘 要： | 军民融合是培养军事人才的必由之路.通过分析当前军民融合存在的问题,根据船艇部队对技术士官的需求,建立军校、地方院校、企业和部队之间军民融合培养舰艇装备技术类士官的立体格局,并从法律政策、人才选拔和建立反馈机制等方面给出了针对性建议.

| Abstract: | Military-civilian integration is the only way to train military talents.By analyzing the existing problems of military-civilian integration and according to the demands of the boat troops for technical noncommissioned officers,this paper puts forward the establishment of a three-dimensional pattern of military-civilian integration among military schools,local colleges,enterprises and troops to train the technical non-commissioned officers of the ship equipment technology,and gives some suggestions from the aspects of legal policy,talent selection and the establishment of feedback mechanism. |
