A Survey and Utilization Approach Analysis of Historical and Cultural District Space:Take Shaoxing Lu Xun Hometown Historic and Cultural District,Baziqiao Historic and Cultural District as the Main Example

The historical and cultural district of Shaoxing,a famous historical and cultural city,is represented by Lu Xun’s hometown district.However,due to the limitations of Erstwhile ages,some problems have arisen in the protection and utilization in the past thirty years.How to explore and optimize the space quality of this area from the perspective of planning and design,find out the problems in the district,so as to give better countermeasures and measures are worth considering nowadays.Based on field research and investigations,the author analyzes the protection methods of historical districts such as Lu Xun hometown historic and cultural district and Ba Zi Qiao historic and cultural District in Shaoxing,and probes into the urban design and protection methods and approaches of the historical and cultural city historic and cultural district as well as the feature coordination area adjacent to the historic and cultural district.Active reuse of historic and cultural district,especially in the context of contemporary information technology and commercial development,requires positive thinking and analysis on how to base on reality.
