论高校“贫困生资助”与隐私权保护

在资助高校贫困生的过程中,已经出现侵犯贫困生隐私权的问题。侵犯贫困生的隐私权表现在多个方面而且具有较强的社会危害性。为此必须从加强立法、完善高效管理中的救济制度、增强资助任何贫困生的法律意识等方面入手,保护贫困生的隐私权。

There appears more and more problems about offending destitute students' privacy in recent years. These problems display in many aspects and have terrible social effects.
