摘    要:针对社会学中“和谐社会”的高频率出现,“和谐教育”在教育学中的倡导也成了必要。“和谐教育”的内涵很丰富,但其真谛在于实现每一个社会成员的个体能够全面发展。师生关系作为教育中重要因素是影响教育成败的关键,建立和谐的师生关系是构建和谐教育的关键。和谐师生关系的建立要求在充分坚持教师和学生双主体地位的前提下建立良好的主体间关系。在教育中实现观念、话语和方法的转变都是建立良好主体间关系的一系列重要举措。

Abstract:As " harmonious society" appears frequently in sociology field," harmonious education" in pedagogic field is necessarily initiated." Harmonious education" is rich in contents,but its true meaning consist in comprehensive development of every member of the society.Successful education depends on good relation between teachers and students,and the relation is the key of"harmonious education".We must insist in double subjects of teacher and student,change teaching concept and teaching method to improve this relation.
