摘    要:师范院校与中小学成为合作伙伴是师资培训的发展趋势。本文阐述了二者建立合作伙伴关系的必要性,在借鉴国外师资培训成功经验的基础上,提出了在新课程背景下师范院校与中小学成为合作伙伴的有效模式即课题带动校本培训模式。

Abstract:It is a trend that normal colleges and primary and secondary schools have become partners in teacher training.Elaborating the necessities of such a partnership,the authors,in the light of foreign experiences,raise some practical ways for effective cooperation under the circumstances of new curriculum system.
