热处理节能新工艺研究

摘    要:研究了45钢制工件混合组织在高温回火后的力学性能,不同直径工件的淬硬层深度以及碳钢热水处理新工艺。结果表明,大截面中碳钢制工件的所谓调质处理已失去其本来意义,可用热水处理新工艺代替调质处理,以缩短生产周期,节约能源,降低成本。

Abstract:The paper studies mechanical properties of mixed microstructure of 45 steel made parts after being tempered~ under high temperature,the depth of hardened layer of different diametered parts and a new processing for treating carbon steel with hot water. The findings show that what is called the modified treatment of parts with large section of medium carbon steel loses its own function and that adopting the new hot water processing instead of modified treatment can shorten the period of production,save energy and reduce cost.
