| 摘 要： | β-谷甾醇是植物甾醇类成分之一,存在于某些植物药中,具有降血脂、抗癌、抗炎症等作用,目前β-谷甾醇已应用到医药行业中。对β-谷甾醇的结构、分布、分离纯化、含量测定、医药应用等方面的研究状况作了概述。

| Abstract: | β-sitosterol is one of functional component in Phytosterols.It has the effects of lowering serum cholesterol,confronting human carcinoma cells and inflammation etc.Recently it has been used in medicine field.In this article,we review the researches of β-sitosterol,including its structure,origin,separation and purification,content menstruation and medical application. |
