| 摘 要： | 尊重和保护作者和编辑部的著作权 ,避免各种著作权纠纷的产生 ,这是一个十分紧迫的问题。本文根据新修改的《中华人民共和国著作权法》 ,从编辑过程中作者的著作权和编辑部的整体著作权两个方面讨论了著作权保护中应注意的问题及对策
