| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来形成的网络经济，不仅扩大了企业可利用的生态空间，而且加剧了企业之间竞争的压力。文章认为企业创新共生机制的本质就是创新和合作竞争，并用生态学思想提出相互影响、相互作用的企业构建创新共生机制的方法，在分析佳能复印机生态系统的基础上提出了企业构建创新共生机制的对策。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s, the emergence of cybereconomy either has enlarged the ecological space of enterprise survival, or has brought keen competition between different enterprises. The paper analyzes the nature of enterprise innovation symbiosis is innovation and cooper-competition. Based on ecology, it puts forward to the building method of relative enterprises innovation symbiosis mechanism that is formed in an interactive course in order to build competitive ability to reform enterprises in China. Finally, some countermeasures are points out on the basis of analysis of Cannon Copier Ecosystem. |
