| 摘 要： | 统筹区域发展,缩小地区发展差距,是当前我国一项重大战略任务。在统筹区域发展中,必须妥善处理好政府与市场的关系,既要使市场处于区域资源配置的基础性地位,同时又要充分发挥政府对区域经济的宏观调控,以纠正市场对区域资源的失衡性配置,实现我国区域经济的协调发展。

| Abstract: | Planning the regional development as a whole to eliminate the regional disparity is an important task for our country.The relation between the market and the government should be properly handled.The market plays the basic role in disposing the regional resources,and the government should play fully its role to make up the lack of the market with macro-regulation so as to realize the regional development coordinately and healthily. |
