| Abstract: | Ecologicaliation of Technical Innovation is a new viewpoint on the technical innovation. "Human-oriented" is the essence of the scientific and developmental concept. Ecologicaliation of Technical Innovation is the practice of the scientific and developmental concept. It harmonizes with "Human -oriented" concept that free and comprehensive development is the highest values and the modern humanistic spirit. |
