日本学校体育设施社会开放新举措以及对我国的启示

以文献资料等为主要研究方法,对日本学校体育设施在开放中采用的新举措进行了分析和归纳。研究表明：日本学校体育设施在开放中逐步向＂居民中心型＂运营方式转变;资金筹集方面不仅利用政府补贴金,同时还采取收取俱乐部会费、培训费等其他方式;学校还与日本＂学校体育、健康中心＂合作,利用日本的保险体系给锻炼的居民提供了有力的保障;不断完善与之配套的各项服务为居民参与健身活动提供了便利。针对日本学校体育设施在开放过程中采取的新举措的分析,为我国学校体育设施开放工作提出解决对策。

New Japanese Measures of Opening School Sports Facilities to the Society and the Relative Revelations to China

Using literature study as the main research method,the article analyzes the new measures of opening school sports facilities to the society in Japan.The result shows that the operation mode of opening the school sports facilities to the society in Japan is gradually adopting the model of "Resident-Oriented".The fund raising not only includes government subsidies,but also the club membership fees,training fees,etc.Cooperating with "the School Sports and Health Center",the schools take advantage of the Japanese insurance system to provide strong guarantee for the residents participating in exercise.The relative services are constantly perfected so as to provide convenience for the residents.The analysis aims to provide effective measures for the opening of the school sports facilities in China.
