On the Single Shot of Shooting Trap

The paper discusses the importance of the trap first shot hit.One-shot practice of trap can be used in training so as to improve the shooter’s basic level.Result of training and national competitions show that in basic technical practice period and the specific period before the competitions,larger proportion of one-shot practice plays a significant role in improving first shot hit and the results of qualification and finals.Meanwhile,this training may improve the shooter’s ability of one-shot hit in the finals and save ammunition.
