摘    要:信息技术被视为教学革新的推动力之一,但在教育实践中其潜能并未得到充分发挥。从系统观的视角探究其缘由,可以发现:课堂教学系统、学校系统和社会系统对信息技术的应用方式有着不同层面的制约作用,当这些系统中其他制约因素没有发生变化时,强力推进信息技术这一因素则导致创新效果有限。在应用信息技术推进教学革新的过程中,简单地增加硬件设施或提升教师的计算机应用能力,并不能从根本上改变学生的学习方式和提升学生的学习品质。因此我国在应用信息技术促进教学革新方面应借鉴美国新技术学校(New Tech Schools of IDEAS)在此方面的成功经验,如创造支持性的系统环境、注重教学活动和学校制度的整体设计等。

Abstract:Though supposed to be one of the significant impetuses of educational innovation, information technology has not reached its full potentials in educational practice, thus bringing out limited outcomes. From a systemic point of view, it is found out that the application of information technology is restricted in different levels by the present classroom teaching system, school system and social system. As these restrictive factors remain, forced implementation of information technology only produces very limited innovative result. To simply add hardware facilities and improve teachers' computer skills can not fundamentally alter learners' habits and abilities of learning. In this respect, China should learning from the New Tech Schools of IDEAS in the U.S, how to create supportive system environment, to value teaching activities and redesign the whole schooling system.
