| 摘 要： | 刑法是美的载体，蕴含着人性美的特质。从刑法的产生看，它体现了以人为本的人文精神；从刑法的内容看，它保障了公民的自由和权利；从刑法的目的看，它反映了人们追求美好生活的理想。因此，刑法不仅体现出人们追求真求善的人性要求，而且也体现出人类追求美的人性本质。

| Abstract: | Criminal law is the carder of the beauty, which contains the features of human beauty. From the produce of Criminal law, it embodies the human spirit of ＂people-oriented＂. Form the contents of Criminal law, it guarantees the freedom and the rights of citizen. From the purpose of Criminal law, it reflects the nice ideal to seek happiness and good life. So, Criminal law not only embodies human＇s need of pursuing the good and for the true, but also the beauty of human nature. |
