| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the development of post-war Japanese S＆T information from the view of Japanese S＆T development strategy. It also takes Japan Science and Technology Agency （JST） and National Institute of lnformatics （Nil） as examples and analyzes their operational mechanism and characteristic service. Meanwhile, the paper discusses implications for the development of Chinese S＆T information service. |
