高职高专英语课程分级教学势在必行

摘    要:随着教育部对《高职高专英语课程要求》的出台,传统的教育模式、培养目标、课程要求、教学方法和手段等与新要求产生了严重的脱节,与高职高专院校这种学生“层次多、来源广、基础差”的特点是相悖的,它既不符合《高职高专英语课程要求》,也不符合新形式下的人才培养目标。统的过死的教学要求、单一的教育目标、千人一面的培养模式和填鸭式的教学方法已受到现代教育理念和教学手段的冲击和挑战。改革传统教学法,针对学生个性与基础的不同实施英语课程分级教学、实施个性化教育是非常重要和必要的。

Abstract:As China's Ministry of Education put into practice the Requirement o f English Curriculum in Vocational Higher-Education Institution, the traditiona l-education mode, curriculum requirement, teaching method and approach are seri ously out of joint from the new requirement and they are in violation of the cha racteristics of students in vocational higher-education institution who are enr olled from various levels, extensive sources and poor foundation, neither accord ing with the Requirement of English Curriculum in Vocational Higher-Education I nstitution nor with the talent-cultivating object in the new situation. The ext remely rigid teaching requirement, singular teaching object, similar teaching mo de and force-fed teaching method have been impacted and challenged by modern ed ucational idea and teaching approach. It is vital and necessary to reform the tr aditional teaching method, carry out the graded teaching of English curriculum a nd the individualized education as for different personalities and English level s of students.
