| 摘 要： | 通过对60例中青年高血压患者有关他汀类结合运动以控制混合型高脂血症的观察表明,两组的高胆固醇血症在他汀类药物的治疗下大部分均能达到血脂异常防治建议的要求,而实验组组则近半数受试者其血甘油三酯水平达到此标准,实验后实验组与对照组血甘油三酯水平有显著性差异。本研究提示运动作为一种安全有效的方法,在治疗混合型高脂血症时,可起到类似于贝特类药物控制高甘油三脂血症的作用,值得在临床上推广。

| Abstract: | Obseving the youth hypertension patients in 60 examples who control the mixed high lipemiause by TaTing kind of medicine combinating sport show: two groups of high cholesterol blood disease can reach the requirements concerning suggestion of prevention and cure of abnormal lipemiause in the treatment of TaTing kind of medicine, and nearly half examinations in experiment group whose blood triglyceride level can reach this standard.After testing there is a ignificance divergence between test group and compare group.This study hints sport as a kind of method with effective safety can nearly play the part of Beite kind of medicine controlling 3 high glycerine lipemias in curing mixed high lipemiause,deserves in clinical on popularize. |
