| Abstract: | This essay is an appraisement and comparison of the different teacher appointment systems in postsecondary institutions of United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and Japan, ending with the conclusion that teacher appointment system in postsecondary institutions could be a double-edged sword. Those countries' experiences in establishing their teacher appointment system can be taken by us for reference. |
