教师专业化:亟需更深入研究的若干问题

摘    要:基于"提出一个问题往往比解决一个问题更为重要"之认识,并考虑到近年来中国大陆学界对教师专业化发展已进行了大量的研究,本文确定的目标是就教师专业化提出目前亟需深入研究的问题,以彰显"科学的发展是不断地始于问题和终于问题的过程"之命题.本文涉及的领域有三:对教师行业专业化程度的认定;对教师专业标准的界定;对教师专业化发展阶段的辨析.在我们所熟悉的这三个领域中,本文力图把握国外研究的进展和国内研究的实况,并以此为依据,从而详略不一地列出需优先加以考虑的研究重点或难点,兼及有争论的议题,同时也提出笔者的一些看法.

Abstract:Based on the assumption that identifying a problem is more important than finding a solution to it and the fact that a great deal of research has been done on teacher professionalization in mainland China, this paper aims at identifying issues that need to be studied badly in this area. It covers three topics: the de-gree, the standards and the stages of teacher professionalization. It lists, in general as well as in detail, the difficult and important points in the top priorities and presents the author's opinion on some of the controversial issues.
