围绕国际医学教育标准构建新型教学质量评价体系

在分析总结了现有教学质量评价系统不足的基础上,围绕国际国内本科医学教育标准,结合当前高等教育教学改革实际状况和高等医学教育发展趋势,提出并实现了一套不断循环、完善的"评价-监控-分析-反馈"新型高校教学质量评价体系,在汕头大学医学院进行了实际应用,收到了满意的效果,且得到临床医学专业认证专家的认可。

The Construction of a New Teaching Quality Evaluation System Based on the International Standards for Medical Education

By analyzing the weaknesses of existing teaching quality evaluation systems and studying both global and Chinese standards for medical education,this paper proposes a new,perpetual,and improved system that exhibits the integrated phases of ＂Evaluation-Monitoring-Analysis-Feedback＂,taking into accounts both current higher education reform measures and the developing trends of higher medical education.The implementation of this system in Shantou University Medical College has resulted in expected benefits and won recognition from the accreditation experts for clinical medicine programs.
