| 摘 要： | 本文指出了地方高等院校科研档案管理工作存在的主要问题是对科研档案管理认识不足、不到位;管理体制不健全、不合理。提出了对策提高对科研档案管理的认识;建立、健全科研档案管理机制。

| Abstract: | This article points out the main problems on the management of scientific research files in local institute of higher learning.The main problems are:we don't know enough about the management of scientific research files and the system of the management is unperfect and unreasonable.Thus it put forward some countermeasures:improving understanding about the management of scientific research files;establishing and strengthening the system of the management in scientific research files. |
