How to Motivate the Students in P.E. in Higher Vocational Education

This paper argues that P.E. teachers should create a favourable atmosphere in the classroom teaching by means of: 1)developing the students' interest in study; 2)bringing the subjective initiative of students into full play; 3) training the students to do physical exercises on their own; 4) teaching students according to their aptitude. As a consequence, the students will use their brains vigorously and take an active part in study so that we can change the cramming teaching mode and finally improve the efficiency of P.E. classroom in Higher Vocational Education.
