| 摘 要： | 招标采购图书正在成为越来越多的高等院校图书馆采购图书的新尝试。至今,成功的经验还不多,还有许多问题亟待解决。在诸多问题中,最重要的是要找到能够使图书供应商不得不兑现服务承诺的办法。办法有一个,那就是让图书供应商在参加图书的招投标时所作的所有承诺都与其经济利益挂钩。

| Abstract: | Invite tenders to choose and purchase books is becoming a new try in more and more library of colleges.Nowadays the successful experiment is not enough and we still have plenty of problems to solve.In such problems,the most important thing is finding a way to let book suppliers have to carry out their promise.The only way is combining their promise with their economic benefit when book suppliers participate inviting and entering tenders. |
