| 摘 要： | 我国目前已经出现了“技工荒”现象，这一现象与高职教育的发展是息息相关的。“技工荒”现象是由多种原因所造成的，有观念方面的，也有体制与投入方面的原因。为解决“技工荒”问题，高职院校和有关各方应通力合作，从推动高职院校与企业联姻、大力发展民办高职教育、突出职业教育的培训功能等几个方面进行应对。

| Abstract: | The acute deficiency of skilled professionals has much to do with higher vocational education, which was caused by misunderstandings, incomplete system, inadequate investment. The solution to this issue calls for close cooperation of higher vocational education institutions and parties concerned, covering alliance with enterprises, promotion of non-government-run vocational education, highlighting the training role of higher vocational education. |
