Innovation ability is the ability of the subject to transform the extant object and create the new theings.It displays typically the ability in practice for humankind.It could be divided into the abilities of the individual,organixation and nation.It is composed of the abilities from knowlede creation,realizing innovation,active elements,and character of subject.It evolves with the development of knowing and practice abilities,so it is limited to the social structures and the economical condition.
