| 摘 要： | 职业教育管理处于政府和市场、教育部门和主管部门"四难"尴尬境地之中.解决这个困境,就要使脱离生产实际的学校教育和生产实际结合起来,其关键在于寻找能够有效克服政府和市场的不足,兼顾教育与行业利益的最佳平台.在当前的职业教育管理体制下,积极发挥行业组织的作用,能够有效地解决当前职业教育管理中的问题.

| Abstract: | The vocational education management is in the dilemma controlled by government and market, educational department and responsible institutions. In order to get rid of it the key is to seek the best platform on which we can give consideration to both the interest of government and market, educational department and industry. It is the effective solution to make full use of industry organization. |
