| 摘 要： | 自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）具有较高的信度和效度，能够较好的反映被试者心理症状严重程序及其变化，故常作为评定一个人心理健康与否的工具。本文就ＳＣＬ－９０对运动员心理健康水平及影响因素的研究情况进行总结。
