| 摘 要： | 采用＂纵向拉开档次法＂,对2009年中国八大经济综合区的技术创新能力进行了综合测度,结果表明我国技术创新能力整体水平偏低,区域间的差异也比较大。在此基础上,利用面板数据模型分别分析了八大区域间以及东部沿海区域和大西北区域内部各省域技术创新的经济效应,进而提出了相关的政策建议。
