| 摘 要： | 本文在回顾了企业规模、效益、年龄和企业生存文献的基础上,对已有的观点做了总结,然后依据第二次全国经济普查数据,分别从企业平均预期寿命和Logistic模型两个方面研究了我国企业规模、效益、年龄和企业生存的关系。结论是：企业规模与企业生存正相关;企业效益与企业生存并非正相关;企业年龄与企业生存存在非线性关系,随着企业年龄的增长企业生存能力总体表现为先增强后减弱。

| Abstract: | Based on the reviews of literatures on firm size,benefits,age and survival,the summary of the existing views,this paper study the relationship of the firm size,benefits,age with the firm survival in our country,making use of the second national economic census data.Conclusion: firm size and survival is positive correlation.Firm benefit and survival is not positive correlation.Firm age and survival is nonlinearity relationships.With the growth of the firm,survival capacity will enhance at first and then weak... |
