| 摘 要： | 篮球后卫队员是整个球队场内战术的组织者,是全队的核心,文章较详细地阐述后卫队员在比赛中的作用以及应具备的能力、并提出要坚持训练原则,对运动员的意志品质、综合素质、基本技术、基础战术、智力和心理等进行培养,为我国培养优秀篮球后卫提供参考。
