黄庚跳远助跑起跳技术分析

摘    要:本文通过对收集黄庚的比赛技术参数,从最快运动速度,助跑最后10m 的分段速度即节奏和快速起跳的能力三大方面与鲍威尔等世界级运动员进行对比分析,发现黄庚除最快运动速度明显差于对方外,助跑最后10m 的分段速度由于受最快运动速度的影响也均低于鲍威尔等,且节奏正好与他们相反,呈减速趋势即后5m 的分段速度低于前5m 的分段速度。另外,由于助跑速度利用率偏高,起跳垂直速度所占腾起初速度的份额也少于对方,而出现垂直速度,腾起角度的差距,最终导致跳远成绩低于对方0-52m 以上的结果。找出黄庚在技术上存在的差距,将有利于他今后有针对性地训练,进一步提高运动成绩。

Abstract:By collecting Huang Geng's competition technical parameters and by comparing his fastest speed, devided speed of the last 10 meters and his ability of swift taking\|off with those of world\|level athletes like Bowell, the authors discovered that not only Huang Geng's fastest speed is obviously much slower than Bowell's, but his divided speed of the last 10 meters is slower as well, and his rhythm is opposite other world\|famous athletesthe speed decreases, that is, the divided speed of the last 5 meters is slower than that of the previous 5 meters. Besides, because the utilization ratio of running\|up is on the hign side, and because the vertical speed of taking\|off in the first speed of springing\|up is less than his world opponents, he is inferior in vertical speed and springing\|up angle. The result is that his long jumping is inferior to his opponents by 0.52 meters. Finding out where Huang geng's techniques fall short will help him improve his training effect and promote his sport achievement.
