| 摘 要： | 金融排斥严重阻碍着湖北省农村地区经济的持续稳定发展.基于此,以湖北省60个县级单位2006-2010年的面板数据为样本,通过构造农村金融排斥的指标体系及排斥指数,实际测度了湖北省农村金融排斥程度,并在此基础上分析了2006-2010年湖北省各县农村金融排斥程度的变动趋势.通过研究发现：（1）湖北省农村金融排斥指数偏高,相邻年份波动幅度较大,且发展趋势不明朗.（2）湖北省各县农村金融排斥程度分化严重,稳定性差且各地区变动不规律.最后,据此结论提出了较有针对性的建议.

Study on the Measure and the Change Trend of Rural Financial Exclusion in Hubei Province |

| Abstract: | Financial exclusion seriously hinders the sustainable and stable development of the economy in rural area of Hubei Province. Based on this, using the panel data of 60 units at the county level of Hubei Province during 2006 - 2010, through the construction of rural financial exclusion measuring system and exclusion index, actually measured the rural financial exclusion degree, we analyzed the change trend of rural financial exclusion degree in Hubei Province. Through the study, we found that ： （ 1 ） the rural financial exclusion index of Hubei Province is high, the adjacent years fluctuate greatly, and the trend of development is uncertain. （2） various counties＇ rural financial exclusion degree differentiation serious, poor stability and the area change without rules. Finally, according to the conclusion, we put forward some pertinence suggestions. |
