摘    要:本文对筛板精馏塔的性能进行全面的测试,主要对低浓度乙醇精馏过程中的不同实验操作条件进行探讨,得出了塔釜浓度、回流比、进料量、进料位置等与全塔效率的关系,确定了该筛板精塔的最优实验操作条件。

Abstract:This article carries on the comprehensive test to the performance of the lamina cribrosa rectifying tower,and mainly the low concentration of ethanol distillation process of different experimental operating conditions are discussed.Finally,it has obtained the tower cauldron density,the reflux ratio,the input,the feed entrance point and so on and the entire tower efficiency relations and it determined most superior experiment operating condition of this lamina Crib Rosa fine tower.
